Shipping Policy

Freight is an essential part of the physical transaction, so the dispute about freight is also common. In order to make both parties understand clearly the problem of Freight Bearing in the process of transaction and reduce the disputes about freight, the merchants should clearly and accurately describe the composition and bearing of freight.1. The freight dispute in the transaction shall be handled according to the principle of 'who is at fault, who shall bear the responsibility', except that the buyer and the seller reach an agreement through consultation. 2. If the agreement of the transaction is not clear and the responsible party cannot be determined, the transaction shall be returned and refunded. The shipping freight shall be borne by the merchant and the return freight shall be borne by the buyer.3. If the buyer and the seller have disputes over the actual freight amount, they need to provide relevant freight certificates. Mushroom street has the right to handle the freight according to the official quotation of the logistics company.4. Without the buyer’s explicit consent, if the merchant entrusts the carrier to deliver the goods by means of payment on delivery (which means that the consignor does not pay the freight when entrusting the carrier, but the consignee pays the freight to the carrier when receiving the goods), the buyer has the right to refuse to sign the goods, and the resulting freight shall be borne by the merchant itself. If the buyer chooses to sign for the goods, the part of the delivery fee exceeding the agreed freight amount shall be borne by the merchant.5. If the goods need to be sent in the process of maintenance and the way of freight bearing is not agreed, the resulting freight shall be borne by the merchant.6. If the buyer and the seller reach an agreement to exchange the goods, but there is no agreement on the return freight of the goods at the time of exchange, if it is caused by the responsibility of the merchant or the problems of the goods, the company supports the merchant to bear the resulting round-trip freight. If it is not caused by the business responsibility or commodity problems, the buyer shall bear the freight for the returned goods and the business shall bear the freight for the goods exchanged.

Returns Policy

1.The buyer can submit the refund application within the following time range: (I) if the service time of unreasonable return is greater than or equal to 15 days, the buyer can apply from the time of delivery to the time of unreasonable return commitment ordered by the seller after confirmation of receipt. (II) if the service time of no reason return is less than 15 days, the merchant shall apply within 15 days after delivery and confirmation of receipt. (III) if there is no unreasonable return service, the merchant shall apply within 15 days after delivery and confirmation of receipt.

2. If the buyer submits a return refund application, if the goods belong to the lightning return category (see the lightning return rules for details) and return without reason, the system will directly agree to the return application. Determine the goods do not belong to the category of lightning return, the official customer service audit processing. If the buyer does not agree to return the goods within 3 days, the goods can be returned within the same period.

3. After the buyer fills in the return, the merchant still has 10 days to confirm the receipt. If the buyer fails to do so within the time limit, the system will refund automatically. If the business operation does not confirm the receipt, the official customer service audit processing. (1) If the buyer applies for refund only, if the order has not been delivered: ① determine whether the goods belong to the special category goods, and the special category goods do not support refund only, which shall be approved by the official. ② For non special category goods, the system will refund them directly. (2) If the buyer applies for refund only, the order has been delivered, and there is no logistics record: ① if the buyer applies for refund after the delivery commitment period, and the logistics does not leave, the system will refund directly. ② If the buyer’s application does not exceed the delivery commitment period, check whether there is a logistics record when the merchant clicks delivery 72h. If there is no record, the system will refund. By the end of 72h, if there is logistics information, it will enter the 120h waiting period (whether the logistics sign in within 120h, the sign in will be directly processed by the official customer service). If the logistics has not signed, the official customer service will review and handle it after 120h. During the waiting period, the merchant can agree to refund, and the buyer can cancel the refund). (3) If the buyer applies for refund only, the order has been delivered, and the logistics record has not been signed yet: ① remind the buyer that there is logistics information, and the buyer can cancel the refund. ② If the buyer chooses to continue the refund, it will enter the 120h waiting period. (3) The buyer only applies for refund, the order has been delivered, and the logistics shows that it has been signed in: ① the user selects the received goods, and the system changes the return refund or the official customer service process.

1. The complaint of the obligee of infringing intellectual property goods shall be settled by the obligee and the merchant in accordance with the requirements of the rules, laws and regulations. The company will make a judgment according to the result of the party’s self admission or the judicial document such as judgment passed by the people’s court at all levels or the administrative document such as administrative punishment passed by the industrial and commercial, copyright, patent, customs and other administrative organs .

2. In addition to the intellectual property right owner’s complaints, the company will take manual intervention to judge other counterfeit goods. From the perspective of ordinary people, according to the requirements of national laws and regulations and industry standards, and based on the reasonable and fair judgment standards, the company will comprehensively evaluate the complaint materials submitted by consumers, right owners, administrative departments, etc. and the defense materials of businesses.

3. The company adopts platform big data technology to investigate the suspected counterfeit goods and accounts from account number, commodity, transaction, logistics and other dimensions. The company will further verify and determine the commodities suspected of selling counterfeit goods according to the judgment of manual intervention.

4. If the company judges that the complaint or compensation application is initiated by abusing the fake handling rules, the complainants and the complainees shall settle the dispute by themselves, and the company will not compulsorily support the compensation / refund / return. The company has been committed to creating a real and healthy shopping environment for consumers, and the company’s platform prohibits all sales of fake goods. In case of illegal promotion and release of counterfeit goods, the company will, according to the seriousness of the case, take measures to remove the fake goods from the shelves, delete the goods, restrict the purchase of new products, reduce the right of the shop, restrict the withdrawal of cash, deduct the deposit, supervise the shop, and clear away the fake goods. The circumstances are particularly serious: a) the seller is investigated or may be investigated for criminal responsibility after being identified by the judicial and administrative organs; b) the seller’s sale of counterfeit goods causes serious personal injury or property loss; or produces serious negative public opinion; c) the seller sells counterfeit goods in large quantities or in the whole store; d) other situations identified as particularly serious by the company. 2. If the circumstances are serious, a) personal injury or property loss caused by the sale of counterfeit goods; or negative public opinion; b) other circumstances deemed serious by the company. The performance of the above-mentioned compensation obligations does not exempt the businesses from the liability of compensation in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the state. If the compensation standard stipulated by the relevant national laws and regulations is higher than the compensation standard stipulated by the platform rules, consumers can continue to recover the insufficient compensation from the merchants through legal channels. 5. If the treatment measures coincide with other specific market management rules of the company, the more stringent treatment measures shall prevail.
